The FIRST Robotics Program has spent nearly 30 years inspiring young men and women to strive for improvement. Fisher Unitech supports FIRST because participants are able to master STEM skills, learn and use sophisticated software, hardware, and power tools, learn from professional engineers, improve interpersonal communication skills, and qualify for millions of dollars in college scholarships.
Autism affects 1 in 59 children and costs a family nearly $60,000 a year on average.
Fisher Unitech employees donated over $2,000 to help support the National Autism Association address the most urgent needs of the autism community by providing direct assistance to families across the U.S.
No Engineer Left Behind
No Engineer Left Behind was a $250,000 goodwill investment from Fisher Unitech and our valued partners to help displaced designers and engineers get back on their feet. We received an overwhelming response to our program since its announcement in January 2009, and were able to train hundreds of displaced engineers and designers.
Race for the Cure & Volunteers of America
Fisher Unitech has proudly supported the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure for breast cancer awareness with employees partaking in the 5K walk/run around the country.
Each holiday season, Fisher Unitech has worked with Volunteers of America to sponsor families and provide them with donations that give them a proper Holiday.
Warrior Dash & Movember Foundation
Fisher Unitech participates & donates to the St. Jude Warrior Dash 5K mud run. The dollars fundraised go directly towards the St. Jude Red Frog Events Proton Therapy Center.
Fisher Unitech also donates to the Movember Foundation. This charity is helping tackle prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention among men.
